To cancel an account, the following conditions
must be met simultaneously

You need to settle all loans on LendSafe Care Pay

No ongoing disputes, including complaints and reports
Please note that:
Once your account is cancelled, it cannot be restored;
After successful logout, we will delete all your data on the LendSafe Care server
